I’m Tiffany Settles, a licensed mental health counselor based in Florida, and I’m grateful you’re here. My journey in this field began in 2005 after earning my Bachelor of Science in Psychology. I started my career as a behavioral tech in an adolescent residential program, supporting teens facing moderate to severe mental health and behavioral challenges. That experience shaped my understanding of how deeply people desire to be seen, heard, and guided with genuine care.
